5. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Good Thinker does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect service availability. Users should maintain appropriate backup procedures for critical healthcare operations.


6. Billing and Claims Processing

Our platform facilitates claims processing and billing management, but users remain responsible for the accuracy of all submitted claims and compliance with insurance requirements. Good Thinker is not liable for claim denials, payment delays, or billing disputes arising from user-submitted information.


7. Limitation of Liability

Good Thinker LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service in the preceding 12 months.
